This warranty is available for passenger cars, vans and light commercial vehicles up to 3,500kg GVW, that are registered within New Zealand. This warranty does not cover vehicles that: Have been previously recorded as an insurance total loss; Have been modified from the manufacturer’s specification (unless agreed by us); Are used for road-racing, rallying, or any other competitive event. If you’re still unsure one of our team will be able to answer your questions.

If you think that you have a fault which may be covered by the Warranty, you must contact  The administrator, BNP Paribas Cardiff, in the first instance. The claims telephone number is: 0211 127 557.

They will require the following information, so please have this to hand when telephoning.

– The policy number and Vehicle registration number.

– Current mileage of Your Vehicle.

– Details of the Vehicle service history.
